When do we meet?
We meet on Sundays for worship at 11 am and 5:30 pm, and then again on Wednesday evening at 6:30 pm. Our Sunday School meets on Sunday mornings at 9:30 a.m., allowing people the opportunity to connect in small groups. For your first time attending Sunday School, visit the Church Office in the Christian Family Life Center to be directed to the appropriate classroom, or choose from our list of Sunday School Classrooms.
Where are we located?
We are located at 1919 Delaney Avenue, Orlando, FL 32806, just south of downtown Orlando on the corner of Kaley St. and Delaney Ave. in the “Downtown South” SoDo District of the beautiful City of Orlando. This exciting area includes businesses and residences located in the South Orange/Michigan corridors.
All of our guests are invited to park in guest parking and pick up information about our Services, Small Groups, and Ministries in our Bulletin or Midweek Connection. Our friendly greeters will be available to assist you in locating classrooms and childcare facilities.

Delaney promotes our mission through education, worship, community service and Bible studies. We offer various ministries to meet all needs, including children, students, college, adults, seniors and special education. We also provide education, music, evangelism/outreach, and choir ministries. We encourage you to join one of our Sunday school classes that offer a variety of educational and enrichment programs with a Christ-centered curriculum. We have a strong music ministry offering various worship programs for all ages.
God has blessed us with a sweet fellowship where we love one another, serve one another, rejoice with one another, and even cry with one another. Through it all, we serve our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ together and for His glory!
The best thing about Delaney Street Baptist Church is the people, who ARE the church. The church is not a building: it’s people, people who love the Lord Jesus Christ and endeavor to honor Him, and obey Him, and spread His gospel.
Plan your visit
Many people ask about what to wear. You’ll find a little bit of everything here: golf shirts and slacks, jeans and tennis shoes, dresses, suits, etc. The fact is we don’t have a dress code – just try to be comfortable and modest. We are a multi-generational church, meaning we have members from preschoolers on up to senior adults and lots of people in the middle.
